Acquired by Deep Dive in October 2025, The Inn on Ferry Street is a storied collection of 19th century mansions and a carriage house that are slated to undergo a thoughtful, full-scale renovation by Deep Dive starting in the spring of 2026. Reopening in late fall of 2026, the reimagined Inn will honor its historic architecture while introducing Deep Dive’s signature blend of rooted design, relaxed luxury, and attentive hospitality. As part of the revitalization, the property will debut a new restaurant—an inviting neighborhood destination that complements the hotel’s character and celebrates the creative energy of Midtown Detroit.
